Down Home Salad

Medium bag of salad including romaine,spinach, carrots and purple cabbage etc.
Small onion chopped
Small green pepper chopped
Small cucumber sliced
2-3 Roma tomatoes
5 fresh mushrooms chopped
Mix all together sprinkle salt & garlic powder on salad to taste.  Add your favorite dressing.
(Any dressing fat-free, sugar free, or dressing of your choice) Then top with shredded cheese 1/2 Cup of shredded cheddar/monterey jack or mozzarello (or your preference)
Meat of your choice also can be added.  (Boiled eggs, ham, grilled chicken, pepperoni etc.)

The possibilities are endless! Add fruit, nuts or other types of veggies! It's all good!!
